Welcome to Talkabout.it. We have created this forum for people who want to practise their English in an informal way, chatting on a variety of subjects. This is a free forum, open to all. However you may notice that some users have their messages automatically corrected, this is because they have paid a subscription fee. This fee also gives access to the restricted sections. If you are interested in this service, please contact the administrator. (Please respect the maximum of 10 lines per message)
All the usual rules of forums apply; No racist, pornographic or inflammatory messages will be tolerated, foul language or abuse directed at any of the other users is likewise prohibited. In the top left hand corner of the home page you can see 'Accedi/Registrati' , click on 'Registrati' and then you must choose a user name. Then choose a password and put an e-mail address. After that follow the instructions and when the request is completed and has been sent you will receive an e-mail that will allow you to validate your account. Then you just have to click on 'Accedi', insert your user name and password and you are ready to start using the forum. If you have problems to register please contact the administrator clicking on the following link E MAIL and specifying the name you would like to use

If you want to pay a subscription for a friend as a gift then first pay for the subscription service (see question 5) and e-mail the administrator by clicking E MAIL specifying the username you would like to give your friend. They will be registered and given a temporary password. You will then be able to suprise your friend with this special present!

Scroll down to the end of the last message and underneath you will see 'Fast reply/risposta rapida' on the left. Write your message in the white box, below on the right. When you have finished, click on the button 'add reply/aggiungi risposta'

You need to click on NEW ENTRIES then you will see 'nuova disc', click on that and you see 'topic title', write something there (e.g.hello) then scroll down to the main box where you can write what you want. When finished scroll to the bottom and click 'invia nuov disc'

Click on the following link and you will be sent instructions PAY PAL REQUEST

Now it is possible to pay at the post office; there is a very simple system called 'postepay' You just have to go to your local post-office and ask to pay 'postepay' (for information please request by e mail clicking on the following link: E MAIL ) You will have to pay the cost (50 euros for three months or 20 euros for one month) plus a charge of one euro, and it's done.

As soon as you have made the payment contact the administrator by clicking E MAIL and informing him of the amount paid, your username, city where the payment was made and approximate time of payment (This allows us to verify payment)

There are 2 prices:
20 euros for 1 month
50 euros for 3 months

Click on E MAIL. Alternatively you can ask questions when you introduce yourself in 'New Entries' Your administrator reads all new messages.

In alto sulla sinistra della home page potete vedere 'Accedi/Registrati' , clicca su 'Registrati' e poi dovete scegliere un nome utente. Poi bisogna scegliere una password e fornire un indirizzo e-mail. Dopodiché basta seguire le istruzioni, quando la richiesta è completata riceverete una e-mail che vi permetterà di convalidare l'utenza . Poi basta cliccare su 'Accedi', inserire il nome utente e la password e potrete iniziare a usare il forum. Se hai problemi per registrare contatti l'amministrator cliccando sul E MAIL specificando il username che vuoi usare.
